HISTORY

Lighting Images Technology (LIT) was created in 1999 by Richard E. Niccum after the sale of his previous company, Cinema Film Systems (CFS). Many formers CFS engineers and technicians are now employed by LIT.

MISSION STATEMENT

Lighting Images Technology was founded with one goal : to provide the Motion Picture and Special Venue industries with the finest in new, used and reconditioned equipment while offering technical, engineering and sales support in a timely manner at an outstanding value. Whether supporting equipment built by our prior company or meeting new state of the art requirements, we will strive to provide unparalleled service in response to our customer's needs.

DISTRIBUTOR OF THEATER PRODUCTS

The company carries over a $500,000.00 inventory of new, used and reconditioned theater projection equipment, Isco & Schneider lenses, sound equipment and parts, ASL lamps and LESNA screens in addition to many former CFS products and parts. The very competitive M-Series projectors in standard, manual and automatic turret models are offered together with a full line of Krix speakers, JBL and Crown speakers and amplifiers. LIT manufactures custom film related products including special venue equipment up to 15/70 MM presentations. LIT also offers custom, standard lamphouse systems up to 15 KW in power, and has a full line of custom film cabinets and the patented ESP platters.

CUSTOM DESIGN AND ENGINEERING SERVICES

The LIT engineering department is ready to quote any custom project. We offer computer aided design and drafting services. All designs become the exclusive property of the customer. The designs can include complete manuals, (samples on request) and other documentation or publications required for each project.

FABRICATION AND ASSEMBLY SERVICES

Lighting Images Technology offers fabrication, design and assembly to customer specifications. All fabrication is done to Martin Marietta and WDI standards. LIT is an approved Edison Testing Lab. The company is inspected and certified every four (4) months by the above agencies for workmanship, components, inspection systems, equipment calibration and work safety. LIT also offers complete machine shop facilities at very competitive prices.
